|Airport Operating Hours & Airports conditions of use||Heathrow airport is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round.|
|ACL Office Coverage||ACL provides services from 0830 to 1700 UK local time, on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).|
|ACL Out of Hours Coverage||Outside normal office hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays), service is provided by the airport operator. Please note – the Out of Hours service will only deal with short term ad-hoc schedule changes and new requests. All other changes must be submitted to ACL during normal office hours.

|Planned Maintenance||We are currently unaware of any planned closures for maintenance at Heathrow Airport.|
|Local Guidelines||Article 8(5) of the slot Regulation enables additional rules and guidelines for the coordination of airports to be established by the air transport industry or the Coordination Committee to deal with specific scheduling problems and issues, provided such rules
At the airports served by ACL a number of Local Guidelines have been developed and agreed by the Coordination Committees to deal with specific scheduling issues.
Please note as per Airport Capacity Declarations Adhoc Slots will not be cleared between 0430 and 0800 UTC in both Summer and Winter seasons.

|Sanction and Enforcement Codes||On 1 January 2007 the Airport Slot Allocation Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No. 2665 – the ‘UK Regulations’) came into effect. The UK Regulations are supplemented by the Misuse of Slots Enforcement Code (the Code), which sets out the processes which the Coordinator and Schedules Facilitator must follow when exercising their powers under the UK Regulation.|
|Slot Performance Committee||The SPC will meet on the following dates to review and develop solutions to slot performance issues at Heathrow Airport.
