ACL sent a Notice of Final Decision to Croatia Airlines on 13th April 2026 notifying them that, pursuant to Regulation 16 of the Airports Slot Allocation Regulations, ACL had decided to impose a financial penalty in respect of 21 significantly off-slot operations during Winter 2025 at London Heathrow Airport.
