ACL sent a Notice of Final Decision to British Airways on 18th August 2026 notifying them that, pursuant to Regulation 16 of the Airports Slot Allocation Regulations, ACL had decided to impose a financial penalty in respect of 17 significantly off-slot operations during Summer 26 at London Heathrow Airport.
