ACL sent a Notice of Final Decision to Emirates on 24th November 2025, notifying them that, pursuant to Regulation 16 of the Airports Slot Allocation Regulations, ACL had decided to impose a financial penalty in respect of 13 operations in a significantly different way during Summer 25 at London Heathrow Airport.
