ACL sent a Notice of Final Decision to TUI Airways on 19th February 2026 notifying them that, pursuant to Regulation 16 of the Airports Slot Allocation Regulations, ACL had decided to impose a financial penalty in respect of one operation without a slot during W25 at Birmingham Airport. Please click here
