What did you do before you joined ACL?
“Prior to joining ACL in 2023, I worked predominantly in finance across investment, corporate accounting, and insurance sectors. My experience includes roles such as unit pricing analyst, accountant roles, and participation in revenue recognition projects, providing me with broad exposure across different financial disciplines.”
Please describe your role at ACL.
“My role covers a broad range of responsibilities within the finance function, including supporting teams across the business with day-to-day finance matters, preparing month-end and year-end reporting, and assisting with core finance processes, and projects.”
What does a typical day look like to you?
“A typical day involves managing project-based tasks, while also responding to daily finance requests and transactions, ensuring transactional and reporting activities are completed accurately and efficiently.”
What’s your favourite part about working at ACL?
“The people and the culture as a whole. ACL is the closest I have experienced to a “family-like” environment across the organisations I have worked in.”
How would you describe the company culture?
“The people within ACL are kind, helpful, positive and hard-working, and there is no ego-culture or politics.”
