ACL has introduced a range of services available online via the internet.      

Reference Library
This web site, for example, enables access to resources and a Reference Library of information which is of value to airlines planning to operate to the airports served by ACL.

The Reference Library section is also of value to students researching slot issues.

Online Coordination System
ACL has developed and introduced an Online Coordination System (OCS) which has been designed to provide airline and general/business aviation customers with interactive facilities to access online the ACL schedule coordination software and database.

OCS is a powerful new system that provides registered aviation customers with a comprehensive range of tools to query, sort, view and download slot and schedule information in a wide variety of formats.

Customers can also request new slots or make changes to their existing slot portfolio by editing records of their schedules directly in ACL’s databases. All these transactions are automatically validated for feasibility.

Unlike the traditional communication between coordinators and air carriers, OCS is a real-time system that is designed to respond instantly to requests with the intention of ensuring customers are always provided with the latest information and a responsive service. Details of available airport capacity can also be requested for any of the airports available via OCS.  

Online Coordination Web Portal
The Online Coordination System is currently being extended to include access to the databases of other coordinators.  

The Online Coordination Web Portal allows ACL´s registered aviation customers to access the databases of all participating coordinators following one easy verification process.

On accessing the database operated by the relevant participating coordinator, customers can use an internet browser based tool to directly manage their own slot portfolios (add, change and delete flights), produce reports on their own slot portfolios and check/consult schedule data and information relating to their own services as well as those of other carriers and, where appropriately authorised by other carriers, edit the schedule data of those other carriers.
