Chris Bosworth Chris, who joined ACL in 2010, has over 20 years aviation industry experience. He started his career at British Airways (BA), where he held a number of senior commercial positions in both BA´s passenger and cargo divisions, while also sitting as a non-executive director on the board of Global Freight Exchange – an on-line booking portal for air freight. After leaving BA, Chris spent 2 years running his own consultancy business, working with a range of clients including airports, airlines, logistics companies and investors, all of which valuable experience he now applies to the day-to-day management of ACL. Since joining ACL Chris has focused on developing the company’s overall business capability by reducing costs and renewing the focus on customer service. Chris has also led ACL’s engagement with a number of national and international industry initiatives, ensuring that the company’s perspective is properly understood.

James Cole
James leads the ACL International division responsible for developing the company’s international coordination business, worldwide consultancy activities, and slot trading services through the slottrade.aero web portal. He is also a Board Director of the European Airport Coordinator’s Association, member of the Worldwide Airport Coordinator’s Group and IATA Joint Scheduling Advisory Group, and co-author of the IATA Worldwide Scheduling Guidelines.
James joined ACL in 1999 as Director of Coordination and Heathrow Coordinator, managing numerous complex slot allocation issues such as the implementation of EU-US Open Skies, which centred on access to Heathrow slots, and the opening of Terminal 5. Prior to joining ACL, James worked for BAA, where he held positions in terminal management, regulatory affairs and airport planning. Originally from Canada, he started his career as an aerospace engineer with DeHavilland and Canadair. James moved to the UK in 1991 to complete a Masters degree in Air Transport Management at Cranfield University.
David joined ACL in 2010 and is Head of Coordination, responsible for the coordination of 20 UK airports. David has a wide range of commercial and operational scheduling expertise and over 20 years aviation industry experience. Joining from British Airways, where he has held senior positions in Strategy, Network Planning and Airport Operations, he has additional experience gained with a number of companies including British Aerospace, Saab Aircraft, Qantas and Sabre Airline Solutions.
David has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the London Business School and a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering.

Tony Simons Tony is responsible for all of ACL´s Information Systems, including IT hardware, software, networks, coordination systems (Super Score), the Online Coordination System and ACL´s websites. He is also responsible for the operation and performance of the ACL Customer Service Centre. Tony is supported by three IT specialists and a two-member Coordination Development team. Tony joined ACL for the second time in July 2002, having previously worked for ACL as the Stansted Coordinator. Outside of coordination, his aviation experience and expertise is principally in airline operations control and scheduling, having worked for a variety of airlines and SITA´s Flight Operations department.

Jo Clarke Jo joined ACL in 2011 and is responsible for management and financial accounting including the statutory accounts, the UK not-for- profit funding model, internal controls and governance, cash-flow and treasury activities, the five year financial and business plans, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, ensuring that ACL demonstrates value for money whilst delivering a high level service and she also has Company Secretary responsibilities. Jo is a qualified accountant with over 21 years airline experience, her background includes commercial, financial and engineering roles. Since qualifying as an accountant she has spent time expanding her knowledge and experience in risks & controls, process improvement, commercial accountability & reporting and profit improvement. Jo has recently spent time broadening her experience in the fast moving consumer goods sector joining ACL from Food Partners. Jo started her career as an aircraft engineer and has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Lancaster University and a BEng in Air Transport Engineering. |

Ingrid Hainy Ingrid joined ACL in 1998, as current season Heathrow coordinator, before becoming the Stansted Coordinator in 2001. She was also responsible for London Luton and in 2006 Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen Airports. Ingrid has been in the aviation industry for over 30 years having gained an abundance of experience in Airline Flight Operations, she holds a FAA flight operations dispatchers licence. |

Robert Kensey Following a Masters Degree in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University, Robert was at BAA for five years working at Heathrow and Gatwick in positions in demand and capacity management. Previously Robert worked for ACL from 1996 to 2002 holding various roles in the company, including leading the implementation of the Score Coordination system. Prior to this Robert worked for Gatwick Handling after completing his first degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College. |

Tracey Buckmaster Tracey joined ACL in 1999 working in the Stansted and Luton teams before moving on to the Heathrow team as the Assistant Coordinator. After maternity leave Tracey took on the role of Slot Performance Coordinator dealing with the Slot Enforcement Code. Previously working in travel for tour operators and travel agents as well as Singapore Airlines, Tracey also spent five years working for KLM Cargo. |

Andy Clark Andy joined ACL in 1995 working in the Manchester team across a wide range of airports and was promoted to Coordination Manager in 2008. Andy has over 20 years experience in the aviation industry; starting in 1987 with Manchester Airport PLc, and working in a variety of roles across the airport including noise monitoring, environment, airport operations and planning. |

Lee Campbell Lee joined ACL in 2000 working in the Heathrow Team, and later with the additional responsibility of London City. Prior to joining ACL Lee was in the Royal Air Force for nine years with Air Traffic Control, serving at various stations in the UK, Germany and Kosovo. |
