How to apply for slots:	All slot requests for London City Airport should be submitted in turnaround format (linked Arrival/Departure format) so that the aircraft parking requirement can be accurately determined. Slot requests for passenger flights operating through the main passenger terminal should be submitted by SCR in standard SSIM format to lonacxh@acl-uk.org or via OCS. Business Aviation slot requests must be submitted to the “London City Jet Centre”. Jet Centre are responsible for coordinating Business Aviation aircraft parking and will liaise with ACL to confirm runway slots.
Airport Operating Hours & Airports Conditions of Use:	Mon-Fri 06:30 – 22:00 UK Local Time. Sat 06:30 – 12:30 UK Local Time. Sun 12:30 – 22:00 UK Local Time. On UK Public Holidays, the airport opening time is 09:00 UK Local Time. The airport is closed on 25^th December (Christmas Day). ACL Office Coverage:	ACL provides services from 0830 to 1700 UK local time, on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).

Additional Operational Requirements:	The London City Airport Consultative Committee website provides information about operating into London City Airport: http://lcacc.org Slot requests for the main passenger terminal with ground times greater than 30 minutes must be approved by both ACL and London City Airport. A referral process between ACL and LCY Airport is in place to deal with such requests and operators are advised that it can take longer than normal to gain approval for such requests.
Planned Maintenance:	London City Airport performs runway maintenance outside of the airports operating hours. In the unlikely event of a planned runway closure during normal operating hours, the details would be published here.

Sanction and Enforcement Codes:	Sanctions for slot misuse at London City Airport is covered under the “UK Misuse of Slots Enforcement Code”.
Coordination Committee:	The AGM takes place towards the end of November each year. Due to the relatively small number of airlines operating at London City Airport, all operators are invited to participate in the Coordination Committee.
Slot Performance Committee:	There is currently no active Slot Performance Committee at London City Airport.
