|How to apply for slots||Slot requests for Birmingham Airport should be made either via SMA in standard SSIM format to firstname.lastname@example.org or via OCS. There is currently only a requirement to request slots for passenger flights operating through the passenger terminal, positioning flights and freight flights.|
|Airport Operating Hours & Airports conditions of use||Birmingham Airport is open 24 hours a day, every day.|
|ACL Office Coverage||ACL provides coordination services between 0830 to 1700 on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).|
|ACL Out of Hours Coverage||Outside normal ACL office hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays), service is provided by the airport operator. The Out of Hours service will only deal with short term ad-hoc schedule changes and new requests. All other changes must be submitted to ACL during normal office hours.
