| ACL Office Coverage | ACL provides services from 0730 to 2000 Dubai local time (0430 to 1700 UK local time), on weekdays only (excluding public holidays). | ||||||
| ACL Out of Hours Coverage | Outside normal office hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays), or for flights within 24 hours, service is provided by the Dubai International Airport.
Please note – the Out of Hours service will only deal with short term ad-hoc schedule changes and new requests. All other changes must be submitted to ACL during normal office hours. The contact numbers for Out of Hours assistance at Dubai International are shown below: |

| Additional Operational Requirements | Charter flights must now operate into Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum Airport (DWC). A letter has been issued detailing a new policy on new and existing passenger charters at DXB. | ||||||
